Few Things:

1. There is no fiber on Fiverr. Kindly correct it. 

2. Why are you using a fake profile picture on your Fiverr's profile while using original picture on Forum? Any reason? Avoid using fake pictures on Fiverr profile else you will be in a huge trouble.

3. You are not eligible for Promoted Gigs option yet. Read the following article to get your answers:
