Seller Needs Help Adding Keywords to Gig

I need help with Positive keywords in my gig.  I try to paste words and they never stay.  I managed to get one keyword, Plants, and that made me able to get up and running.  I’ve searched everywhere on Fiverr and am unable to follow through and edit my gig to include Positive keywords. Online Help with Fiverr doesn't answer the questions and instructs you to menus that don't exist, interesting but frustrating as well. The tone of the responses to my queries was something like that of an ai bot.   Please direct or instruct me how this thing works.  Thanks
