All gigs get down

I have been working in Fiverr for 5 years, there is always ups and downs in selling. But in this week suddenly all the gig lost rank, not able to find my gigs where they were at first and 2nd page. Impression 0, click 0. Even my promoted gig is not getting any impressional and clicks.

I supported cs, but they answered, it happened because of the poor performance of the gig. How can I believe that gigs are poor, which were in rank, what happened in a week that did not get any impression also? 

About the order, I completed two orders in recent weeks, although it does not have any impact.

At a guess, poor private review. There have been some major changes in the review system lately.

It's happened due to Private Negative Feedback. It usually takes 2-3 months to regain.

But marketing on social media doesn't guarantee results as it depends on the relevant audience right?

Yes same issue with my gigs as well. I guess we just have to be patient.
