Real time impressions

I have made gig yesterday and my impression are not increasing in real time but once i reload the page they at once got increased. I checked on google and fiverr support they say, impression & click increase in real time however a delay of minute or two could occur but that's not my case. Can anyone help me telling what could be the potential reason?
