1 melanielm
You failed to read the Terms of Service and thus fell for a scam. You are now allowed to give your email address to buyers or sellers, and no transactions should take place off the Fiverr platform. All orders and payments occur here on the Fiverr site. 2

0 yakup_cakmak
I received a message on Fiver and the customer asked for my email, then sent payment to my email address. My customer asked for my card information to pay for my ad, but after entering my information, the transaction was not completed. I was asked to have 150 euros in my account. Is this true?
0 ana_tomy
Hi @yakup_cakmak, Please report any user who violates our Terms of Service. We cannot keep you safe outside Fiverr, all information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on Fiverr's platform. Also, I recommend taking a minute to go through our Terms of Service once again as well as our Forum Rules, in case you have any dilemmas. Hope this helps 🍀
