Why am I showing offline?

Hello,

I am trying to see my current status from my friends device. Why does it show me offline even though I'm active on Fiverr? I have checked all setting.

If you are using Fiverr mobile app, you should set your status as "Online". It automatically set to "Offline" after a couple of weeks.

So make sure to set "Online" on both your desktop browser and mobile app.

I have online status turned on from all my devices. Unfortunately I don't understand anything. Why is it showing offline 🙂

Follow this step and you will get 100% result as I did already,

1. Go to your Fiverr app

2. Click the Avatar (my account emoji)

3.Scroll down and See "Preferences" from the setting

4.Click the Online Status swipe button

Now go to your profile from app and desktop and refresh again the page. You will be showing online. Let me know if you still have any question,

All is ok, but not working.

The same Happened to me. It's not showing me online I am offline. I am online on my PC and Mobile but it's showing status offline when I search on the gig.

Note Status is online Green

On Mobile, I switch the Preferences status on and off. Nothing is working ( I did this multiple times)
