My new gig doesn't get impression it's about 3 days

I created a new gig in my account 3 days ago but still show the graph of impressions not available what is the issue ?

I don't get briefs about three months , this feature is still exist on fiverr ?

Yes, briefs are still available. But there's an AI match-making system (Fiverr Neo), so people are not actively using briefs. 

I recommend you to optimize your Gigs, as much as possible. Good luck!
