Looks like they've taken notice of the suggestions  (I was one of the ones who suggested something a lot like that), including in the Neo thread - at

Though I assume it's not going to give the full advice about the seller's gigs/profile etc. like I suggested in that thread. I assume it's general info for all sellers/buyers.

Maybe that's what mostly sellers will get instead of the original Fiverr Neo (which I don't see now).
