Hi there,

The same situation happened to me. I was about to take the test, but the screen didn't work!

After staring at this screen for 10+ minutes, I came to realise that it will keep going until the end day of the world. I shut down the screen in the hope of good luck for another try. 

Here is what the screen said...Just like the situation in movie Catch-22. Any help is appreciated.

You may have tried 2 times to take the test & failed. so Fiverr restricted you for 90 days, after 90 days you can take the test again.

You need a good Internet connection that does not have interruptions.

Use a good browser like Brave browser or Yandex browser.

Do not refresh the page while it is loading.

I am sure you should be able to load the page this time.
