Not accepting Delivery

Hi Hope you all are doing well, I have query that what should I do that one of my client placed order in December that i have to finish in one week and I completed that in that time duration but the Buyer keep extending the Delivery or applying for the updates that are not in the package too but I do all the work make all the up-gradation he need. but still he is applying for revision. tell me what should i do.
