I can't promote my gig altough it meets the requirements

Hello guys, so today i've hit 20 reviews on one of my gigs that has a 4.9 score and i'm a level two seller, and i want to promote it but i can't. It says "not promotable" altough it checks all the requirements: minimum of 20 reviews, score above 4.7 and i'm a level 2 seller. What is the problem? Thank you guys!
