For the last 3 Fiverr messages I didn't get email notifications even though that's enabled

Are email notifications working okay for your account (this is to check if it's happening to multiple people).

Fiverr said it was an issue on their side but still asked me to delete cookies and cache but it's still happened again.

Same problem. And it happened again today. So the problem is still there. Before that, for about a year, there were no problems with receiving notifications (not a single email notification was missed), but a few days ago it started, so the problem is not on the user's side, obviously. In the past few days, I was not notified of 2 out of 3 messages from new users.
