Buyers can cancel and order again from the same seller within 14 days without affecting the OCR.

I don’t want to give you define advice. But, I also heard from somebody else on here that it does help the recovery on your rating. Although, I would tell you this is just a rumor I heard, and I don’t know if it’s a fact. But, I heard this same thing too.
