My Gig is active but now show in search results?

Hi, I am a level one seller. Last 15-20 days my gigs is not showing in search results properly and my gig promotion is closed without any reason, my gig rating other than that everything is fine. My gigs after 4-5 days will be shown and the also promotion run but within 12 hours maximum of 24 hours after the promotion closes and the gig not show in search results.

Expert and Fiverr team, please guide me. Why this is happening?

It might have to do with the 3.3 star review you got a few days ago.

Gig promotion will close if you have bad performance, and that review most likely also came with a negative review. When these things happen, Fiverr can sometimes remove you from search. Anyway, that's the consensus, but we can't know it 100% unless Fiverr shares the info themselves. 

But, from what I know, it has to do with that 3.3 star review. Try to improve your service, provide better results and eventually you can get past that issue.

Thank you, this 3.3 star review was last week. I am facing this issue for the last 3 weeks. How will it be resolved and my gig shows properly? Can you tell me about it?

It can take many months, maybe up to 6 months to recover. And it's only via having great reviews from clients. So there's no easy fix.

Gigs may be temporarily removed from search results for two reasons. Firstly, if Fiverr's algorithm detects a high volume of orders in your queue, it may temporarily rotate your gig out of visibility. This is part of Fiverr's rotation policy. Secondly, if clients file complaints against you, Fiverr may impose temporary bans ranging from 2 months to a year, depending on the severity of the complaints, typically lasting 3-6 months in most cases.
