How do I avoid fraud buyer?

Hi, I am Utpal Hemrom, and I am very fresh on Fiverr. I've listed my gig properly, but every day I see new messages in my inbox and offer to send a mail to their email, as if they can send job details via mail. In that case, why should I do that? Is they are frauds or not? Is it okay to accept their job offer by mail?
