Can i change fiverr profile category from mobile app developer to 3D designer?

According to our Guidelines, it is not possible to change your Gig's category. Please take a minute to read more about it here Creating a Gig > Step 1: Gig overview > Category.

You've entered "Mobile App Developer" in your "one liner" (line of text under your profile).

You should be able to change the line of text shown under your profile (if that's all you want to change) by just clicking to go to your profile (when logged in, with a browser, at least in seller mode) and clicking on the pencil icon shown next to it. That should let you edit it, after changing it just press the "update" button.

No, I have not entered "Mobile App Developer" in one liner. I have entered in the account category while creating Fiverr account.

That's what Fiverr calls it though sometimes I think. In the profile page source it says ""oneLinerTitle":"Mobile App Developer"".

Have you tried doing what I said to change it (if you want to change it)?

ie.
