It means you were on a gig page and you clicked the "continue" button (or similar button that would make it seem to Fiverr that you were intending to buy a gig), but you didn't actually make the purchase. eg. it's like adding something to your online shopping basket and then not actually ordering. So Fiverr's email to you is basically saying you were almost ordering (eg. clicking the "continue" button) but hadn't continued to actually order the gig and it's suggesting that you actually make the order. You don't have to though. It's totally up to you. If you didn't want to make that order then you don't need to.

In this case it looks like you'd clicked the "continue" (or similar) button  on your own gig, and you're not allowed to order your own gig so just ignore the message. But if it ever happens after you were on someone else's gig then see the info above.

Hi @tanzil_hasan,

I recommend double-checking if you're on your Seller account when accessing it through a PC, laptop, etc.

When you're using an app, there's an option to automatically enter the Seller profile every time you open the app.

While on a different device, there's an option to switch from Seller to Buyer and vice versa, next to the profile image.

Have you just ordered a gig from one of your 'other' accounts.  Why would it ask you to contact yourself?
