No search button, No buyers brief! how can I work here?

How can I reach the buyers briefs or search in-between the tasks? I don't have this option in "My Business" tab. I have made an account 3 days ago and I don't even have any search button! I have created my Gig but the only thing I get are messages from some spam users who request to work out of Fiverr!
