Hello, so I am facing an issue for the past 6 months. all of my gigs are removed from fiver search results. they are not even appearing in online seller's filter. i got promoted to level 2 seller and all of my stats are back to 100%. in that time of 6 months i have completed over 200 projects with repeated buyers and all of them went great. Fiver is not replying to any of my complain and I don't know what to do to get my account back to normal. your help will be appreciated!
