Spammy message

I published this message to my client ? And fiver saying we will review it your message .is it spammy ? Is my account will block due to this message ?

What i can do for you now, I am listing here.
1. Design you a tutor flyer .
2. Write a social media advertisement copy, and newspaper copy.
3. I will suggest you some middle East ( UAE, Qatar, Saudi, Oman, Kuwait) newspapers, websites, where can publish advertisements. (you need to contact them and you can publish it)
4.provide some online tutoring websites, where you can register there and you can join the member to teach.
5. Publish your add on my linked in , where I have around 2.5k connections among them more than from middle East Arabs and working in Arab countries. And send personal message for those.
6.publish your add on middle East Facebook pages.

All that means is you used a word that triggered your message for review. I'm guessing it's one of the ethnic groups you mentioned. My account got triggered when I used the "J" word below:
