To Do new message notifications

Hi,

I have a new message notification under the To Do section of the home page on my iPhone app. When I click on the notification there is no new message there. How do I fix this?

Try refreshing the app by launching it then scrolling on the screen downwards, if the notification does not appear then it means the notification was either read at some point via another device (May be if you are logged on a laptop or a tablet), but the system is yet to effect the changes. i f you give it time it will be okay. Also ensure if there is any pending notification from fiverr that is unread on your phone's notification bar, then fiverr app will interpret it as an unattended notification. Hope this helps you.
