Not able to contact seller after order delivery - Please help

Hi Team,

I recently worked with a level-1 seller and got my order delivered. I am happy with the order and it got closed. I want to contact the seller again for some doubts on the delivered order. But I was not able to message the seller through the website as it says you no longer will be able to contact the seller. But I need his help only as he delivered the order. I am ok with working on this as part of new order but it is not giving that option also. Can someone help me how to resolve this?
