unable to add payoneer payment method

Hi, Fiverr customer support!

I would like to add my Payoneer payment method to Fiverr. when I get a Fiverr email notification in my Fiverr email to confirm a Payoneer connection with my Fiverr account. after clicking the confirm option I have come to this page and I got this message. so please help me to solve this problem by adding a Payoneer account with my Fiverr.
