How do you use Fiverr balance?

I ordered a job and they never came through with the work, I was given the option to cancel. It came up with a Fiverr credit??? But I have no clue how to use it or how it works.

When you cancel an order and get credit, it is added to your account balance in Fiverr. You can then use it to place an order on Fiverr - the next order should first go from that credit, instead of your payment option.
