I just recently place an order on Fiverr and requested for the seller to send my files for a logo for my business that he completed. He never sent the files nor responded to any of my messages and been off the grid for 3 days now. And on top of that it says I can no longer contact the seller. Is there anyone that I can talk to from the Fiverr team. Is there even a customer service number?  I really need my refund and try to make a complaint to someone.

You can contact customer support at https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/

If it says "x can no longer be contacted" it probably means that their account is no longer active (if it said "x is not accepting messages at this time" that would mean they'd blocked you).
