Trouble in activating account.

Question

Account is not being acctivated..
i am not receiving any activation code on my gmail.
When i try to choose resend option, they say "something went wrong try again".

If i try to change gmail, they say "looks like email is incomplete".
I have tried like thousand times to refresh, log out-log in, have used a number of different emails but nothing working.

Try these methods; I hope they will help you:

  1. Clear your browser cookies and try again. If it doesn't work, proceed to step two.
  2. Reinstall your browser or try using another browser. If the problem persists, proceed to step three.
  3. Double-check that your email or phone number is correct. If everything is in order but you are still facing issues, please contact Fiverr Customer Support.
