I'm not sure. Did you get an email from Fiverr? Normally they send an email explaining why your account isn't approved.

You did the right thing, so your seller account shouldn't be denied because of this.

@Lena - Can you check to see if the communication mentioned by the OP triggered a false flag on this account (or if there was another reason why the account was denied)? Thanks!

if there is two or more fiverr account on one internet connection fiverr can ban your account.

It didn't trigger a false flag and yes, there is another reason the account was not approved.
