Outside Fiverr Communications

I just launched my first page and have had 6 contacts asking me to reach them on Telegram or give them my email. I answer that I only deal through Fiverr comms. Does this go on forever? Am I dealing with it correctly? Cheers

Please report the users if you haven't already, and our team will look into it all.

As it comes to your experience, sadly we don't have any option to keep you safe outside the Fiverr platform. 

We do encourage all our members to carefully read the Terms of Service along with all the Policies we have here at Fiverr, and our Forum Rules in addition to that, especially when in doubt.

Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted.

Fiverr does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Fiverr platform.
