How would they have your email address unless you share it? And that's against the rules, by the way. Keep all discussions only on Fiverr, if anyone tries to take you away from the platform, not only are you breaking the rules, but you might also be scammed as well. Keep payments and orders here, don't ever share personal details and you will be fine.
