Seeking Resolution for Fiverr Gig Visibility Problem

Approximately three months ago, my promotional activities ceased, and all my gigs were removed from the search results. While I understand that promotions may not work every month, the recurring response I receive is that gigs on Fiverr change positions daily, and there's no guarantee of search positions and impressions. I've also been informed that gigs might be removed due to poor performance.

However, my concern is that my gig never appears in the search results, despite daily searches on my end. I even asked friends to search for it, and they couldn't find it either. Strangely, I continue to receive orders from my regular repeat buyers.

I suspect there might be a technical issue causing this problem. Can you assist me in resolving this matter?
