Not promotable - gig not showing

I am a level 2 seller that has been on Fiverr and I have made over 20,000 USD. I only get 5 star reviews and have almost 200 reviews. All of the sudden they are not letting me promote ( saying: Not promotable (Unqualified) and my gig is not even showing up, I am so disappointed and am dependent on this income. Has anybody had the same experience and how long will this ban last for?
