I forgot my security question

Hello, I forgot my security, and my account is blocked already 

 

And 3 months is here already 

 

Now am telling support to help me and they are not answering me... Out of 3 things,  I provided 2 already..  The account will be locked back in 4 days...  Please what can I do?  And have provided all questions I remembered
