Gallery Samples Not Increasing

I have a 2-year-old gig with over 265 5 stars. Unfortunately, I cannot increase my Gig gallery samples - Even though I sent numerous gallery images when I delivered the orders. The problem is that I think something is wrong with my gig because the same clients I work with have approved the gallery samples on a few orders successfully displayed on other gigs. I was wondering if anyone else might be facing the same issue. Secondly, I brought up the same issue with CS, and they said everything was all right! MAYBE I AM OVERLOOKING A CERTAIN CLICK OR BUTTON?
