Gig image sample changed even when I choose the right sample image

Hello, It's not the first time but when I deliver my work I always prepare a sample image according to the project and I choose it. Once the order is completed and the client accepts the sample it is correctly displayed. But after some days it changes to the original work my client paid for and I don't want it because they also pay for privacy and anybody can steal their idea. Should I contact support or it's a temporary bug? Does someone else have this problem?

I do not understand what part of @ianrozart's post you are replying to. Are you saying, yes, you have had this problem? Or are you saying it is a temporary bug? Maybe you mean, yes, he should contact support. 🤔

Honestly, your answer is very confusing. But then, if you are merely seeking Forum badges, I guess you really do not care if your answer is relevant as long as you earn your points.
