if a buyer drops a review on my account, does it become public wether i respond to it or not? let me know

If the buyer leaves a public review (there's also a private one they can leave), then it will become public whether you respond to it or not (if you don't respond it will take longer to appear). So if you don't review them, about 10 days after they reviewed it will show publicly.
