I meet all the criteria but still i cannot promote to level one seller

Account reviews are done about every two weeks so if you just reached those metrics, you may be outside the cutoff for the first review of the month. Check back in two weeks.

Hi @shahid937 - It looks like you just missed the evaluation period to level up. Accounts are reviewed on the 14th of every month (you can see the next review date on the Fiverr app). As long as you maintain all of these requirements, you'll level up on the 15th of the next month.
