Need to resolve but policy says I can't. What to do?

My Last order of a resume update was a disaster. I sent the copy and examples of preferred layouts and got back an unprofessional resume I cannot use. I communicated this to the "seller" before the 3 day deadline... and never accepted... I need to resolve but policy says I can't because it is "marked complete". What to do?

Have you tried contacting the seller via Fiverr Inbox to sort out this issue after the order completion (automatically)? If not, then give it a shot.

Else, contact Fiverr Support and explain everything to them. They might be able to help you in cancelling the order so that you can get your funds back.
