There is no need to be active 24/7. It won't get you any extra impressions or clients.

Use of refresher extensions is against TOS of Fiverr. And you may get your account blocked before even taking a start.

There’s no need to remain online 24/7. In practical terms, it’s impossible. Simply keeping your profile online won’t be beneficial if you can’t respond to your buyers immediately while your status is online. Never use an auto-refresh extension, as it could result in your account being banned.

Make sure to have the Fiverr app installed on your phone and keep the notifications enabled. This should be sufficient for your needs.
