I’m a seller past 3-4 years. One of my existing Fiverr pro client invited me to collaborate as a team member on one of his projects.
After project completion the client removed all members. I received an email saying the account has been disabled as per the request. I was working with a seller and a buyer profile using the same email. And now I no longer can access my account. Using that email tells me to create a new account saying that email no longer exists. Has anybody faces this issue? While the support is looking into it to review it, but they said I can use the same email to create a new account but I'm just apprehensive as will this also put all my seller ratings, gigs reviews to square one?
Has anybody faced this situation ? As it is quite obvious that a seller can be asked by your client to collaborate on his pro account if he requires help in his any ongoing projects.
