So, I’m new here. I paid for a logo creation and basically got asked for an up charge pretty quickly. It seems like not good business. Can anyone enlighten me on the normal practices here?

This topic is for LogoMaker logos that are premade and have set prices by Fiverr for each package. It sound as you bought one of the gigs from one of the sellers on the platform (not the ones that are vetted for LogoMaker). 
And no, that shouldn’t be a standard practice and even goes against Fiverr TOS if you didn’t ask for anything extra in your requirements.
