When fiverr stop the private review option for buyers?

Suddenly, my all gigs are down. 
- All my orders are completed with 5 starts. 
- 6-7 days After completing an order, the buyer comes back to me for free modification. I did it completely free which is not included in my service.
- After 2-3 days he wants a completely new website design as a revision, But I refuse and some argue with the buyer.
- After the argument with the buyers, he ordered another project and completed it with 5*.
- For The last 45 days that person kept asking me, am I busy on a project or not. Every time I told him, I was free and ready to do his project and he said, after the team meeting, I'll inform you.
- Almost 45 days are gone, and my all gigs are down
- In The Last 45 days, I received orders from my repeat clients but those reviews and orders have no impact on my gigs.
