Tips and Advice Needed: How to Handle a Fiverr Account Review?



Hello Fiverr family!,

I'm writing today seeking some insight and support from the Fiverr community. Recently, I received an email notifying me that my account is under review for potential violations of the Terms of Service. I understand the seriousness of this matter and am fully cooperating with the review process.

Interestingly, this review came shortly after I responded to a message from a new client. They were inquiring about my ability to import products from their supplier's XML feed, and I simply asked for the supplier's "company name" to understand the data structure better. 

So, I'm left wondering – could this simple question have triggered the review, or is there something else at play?

I've already reached out to Fiverr's support team to understand the specific clauses I might have inadvertently violated. However, in the meantime, I wanted to tap into the collective wisdom of this amazing community.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? Any insights or advice on how to navigate this effectively? I'd really appreciate any tips or shared experiences!
