How to regain my Level 1 status if it is removed due to low performance?

Due to the cancellation of one order, my scorecard has been affected, and it indicates that my Level 1 badge might be removed during the evaluation. If I maintain good performance in the next month, will I be able to regain my Level 1 status?

Cancel less orders. Deliver stuff on time.

Yes, when your order completion rate increases to 90%, you will regain it.

Not immediately though. He will get it at the next evaluation IF he has the completion rate and all the other stats over 90%. Otherwise, if he continues to cancel orders, if he doesn't deliver on time, etc that will keep him away from regaining his level.

Fiverr evaluates every seller on the 15th of every month. So by that date, everything that appears red on you should turn green. Otherwise, you will lose your seller level. But you can earn your level again on the 15th of next month.
