How to turn off the computer spoken notifications for every action I take on Fiverr

I accidently hit something that activated the automatic spoken notifications for every action I now take on Fiverr. Don't know what it was but I REALLY need to deactivate it! How do I do that?

I've searched settings and can't find anything. PLEASE HELP!!

Please refer the attached screenshot.

On the Fiverr homepage, at the bottom-right you would see this icon. Please click on that icon, and then you would see a button that says "Screen Reader". Toggle that screen reader button off, and that should solve this.
