Why can't I send messages to customers?

If they have messaged you first, and now you can't respond, maybe they were scammers and Fiverr blocked them, maybe they have blocked you for whatever reason, or maybe it's a glitch (in that case, wait, and if it's still not resolved, contact Customer Support).

If they have never messaged nor ordered from you, they're not your customers. Sending unsolicited messages to other users is strictly forbidden; even one such message counts as spam.
