Did the customers contact you? Or you want to breach the rules and randomly contact people without them contacting you first?

On Fiverr, buyers contact sellers if they are interested in the seller's services. It may be best for you to read Fiverr's TOS to stay out of trouble while working on Fiverr.

If they have messaged you first, and now you can't respond, maybe they were scammers and Fiverr blocked them, maybe they have blocked you for whatever reason, or maybe it's a glitch (in that case, wait, and if it's still not resolved, contact Customer Support).

If they have never messaged nor ordered from you, they're not your customers. Sending unsolicited messages to other users is strictly forbidden; even one such message counts as spam.
