About Listener Gig

I am new to Fiverr and have made my Listener Gig. What I need to know is how am I supposed to complete an order as a listener? Is there a way to make audio call through Fiverr after getting the order or I have to share my mobile number with the client in order for him to talk to me for 30 minutes? How does a client make a call to avail the listener service? Do we need to provide our mobile number to the client?

Or is there any other way to do this? Please help!
