Unable to withdraw funds

My account got disabled for 90days, after 90days I got an email on how to withdraw but on getting to where to withdraw the withdrawal option has being disabled and I don't know why so I contacted support and they said the issue has been solved but still yet I can't withdraw my fund. I was given time spam of 7days and time is counting already.
