Unapproved Fiverr Profile

Dear Fiverr community,

I am new to FIverr as a seller. I have setup my profile and created my first Gig on my account.

Fiverr message me back  that my profile could not be approve now at this time. The gig was not publish and I could not have access to the Gig any more.

What can I do? Kindly advise.
