a client asked me to send my Gmail so he can chat about the video via voice call in google meet. i was using the mobile app and i forgot that i should not send mail and i sent it by mistake. does this affect my profile in future. if it will, is there any solutions?

It will only affect your profile if Customer Service discovers your "mistake". From now on, be more careful and follow all of Fiverr's TOS to stay out of trouble.
