Publishing my gig

I tried to publish my gig but it wouldnt let me, I got to the part where i had to fill out tax information, after that i tried to hit publish but its greyed out.  Also when i try to sing into the app it wont let me use the password to my account.  I even went into the desktop and changed it but its still not allowing me to sign into the app even with the new password.

This is happening to me, too!!!! It's really annoying. It just keeps bringing me back to the first step and then, like you said the publish button is greyed out!
